Who owns the rights to my book?
You retain full rights to your book. Jaguar Books only helps you publish and distribute it — your intellectual property remains yours.
What is an ISBN and will my book get one?
ISBN stands for International Standard Book Number. Yes, your book will receive a unique ISBN for each format (paperback, eBook, etc.), making it globally identifiable and trackable.
Can I track how many books I've sold?
Yes. You’ll have access to a dashboard where you can track sales, monitor earnings, order subsidised copies, and download monthly/quarterly reports.
How do I set the selling price of my book?
You set the price. Jaguar Books offers a pricing calculator that helps you find the right balance between affordability, production cost, and royalty earnings.
How many copies of my book will you print?
We use a Print-On-Demand (POD) system — books are printed as orders come in. This eliminates inventory costs and ensures your book is always available.
Will I receive post-publishing support?
Absolutely. Our Author Support Team is available to assist you with queries related to sales, marketing, updates, or technical support after your book is published.
How are Author Earnings calculated for print books?
Author Earnings are calculated using the formula:
Profit = MRP – (Distribution Cost + Production Cost)
The author's share of this profit is based on the royalty percentage agreed upon in the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) signed during the publishing process.
How often will I receive my Author Earnings?
